On Monday, CNBC "Mad Money" host Jim Cramer pressed President Joe Biden and his Administration to order vaccinations on all Americans to fight the continuing coronavirus pandemic.

Cramer suggested the military run the vaccination efforts and announced that those who don't want to get vaccinated should "be ready to prove your conscientious objector status in court."

"With the new Omicron variant sweeping the globe, how do we finally put an end to this pandemic? How do we save lives and get business back to normal so everybody can put dinner on the table? Simple: The federal government needs to require vaccines, including booster shots, for everyone in America by, say, January 1," Cramer outlined.

"[I] t's time to admit that our government has lost the ability, or the will, to make our people do the right thing," he went on. "Nobody wants to be the bad guy, so we've allowed a pastiche of uncoordinated health organizations to dictate an on-again-off-again series of measures that mostly just leave us baffled and confused."

According to Cramer, "the buck stops at the White House."

"So, it's time to admit that we have to go to war against COVID," he stressed. "Require vaccination universally. Have the military run it. If you don't want to get vaccinated, you better be ready to prove your conscientious objector status in court. and even then, you need to help in the war eft by staying home until we beat this thing."

President Biden has not suggested a nationwide vaccine mandate, though on Monday promised Americans that the best way to defend themselves and others from all variants of the coronavirus is to receive a full vaccination course and a booster shot.

"If people are vaccinated and wear their mask, there is no need for the lockdown," Biden announced throughout a speech at the White House regarding the emergence of the latest variant of the virus, recognized as omicron.

Federal officials and business leaders have grappled with how to get their workforces vaccinated as a vocal segment of the public, and some Republican members of Congress push back on vaccine requirements of any kind.

On Monday, a federal court temporarily barred the Biden Administration's COVID-19 vaccine mandate for health workers at hospitals that get federal funding after ten states sued the Administration to stop the rule.

Earlier this month, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) suspended enforcement of the Biden Administration's COVID-19 vaccine mandate for large private businesses, suggesting those with 100 or more employees. The order would have affected almost 80 million workers.

Cramer claimed that "toothless" requirements from government agencies like OSHA do not go far enough in demanding vaccinations and helping the country's economy get back on its feet amid record inflation and supply chain matters.
