He highlighted the potential consequences of protesters obstructing traffic on busy bridges and roads, noting that such actions could cause people to be late for work, miss important appointments, or even lose their jobs.

Despite his opposition to these disruptive forms of protest, Fetterman did not express interest in legislative measures to address them. Instead, he told Fox News Digital, "My priority is to talk about hostages," referring to those still held by Hamas in Gaza.

He argued that the Palestinian cause for statehood cannot progress until the hostages, including Americans, are released from Gaza. "They have the power to decide, today – send everyone home and surrender, and all the trauma, the death, and everything in Gaza can end. And you can get back on the path of peace and a two-state solution," he said.

Fetterman also addressed the Democratic Party's response to Israel's decision to retaliate against Iran's direct attacks.
