In a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, Tucker Carlson, a prominent conservative commentator, engaged in a riveting conversation with host Joe Rogan.

The dialogue, which is expected to garner significant attention, revolved around the concept of evil and its manifestation in society. During the discussion, the name of Speaker Mike Johnson was mentioned in relation to this theme.

Carlson, known for his forthright views, stated, "Here’s the illusion that we fall for time and again. We imagine that evil comes fully advertised as such. Like, evil people look like Anton Levet. Horns. Yeah. You know what I mean?" Rogan, playing along, added, "Black cloak. Sickle." Carlson concurred, "Exactly."

Carlson went on to elaborate his perspective on evil, asserting, "Evil is an independent force that exists outside of people, that acts upon people. I really believe that. I’ve experienced it a lot, and it’s obvious." He further argued that evil tends to choose the weak as its vessel, stating, "It’s weak men and women who are instruments of evil. The weaker the leader, the more evil that leader will be."

Drawing attention to the current state of American leadership, Carlson lamented, "Unfortunately, we’ve reached a time in American history where every leader is either a woman or a weak man, pretty much. I’m sorry to say it, that’s just true." He used Speaker Mike Johnson as an example of this phenomenon, describing him as a "weak man" who is susceptible to evil.

Carlson argued that individuals who are headstrong, loud, and indifferent to public opinion are less likely to be conduits of evil. He stated, "Yeah, those guys will go off track, but they’re probably not going to abet genocide or blow up the world in a nuclear exchange because they may be obnoxious, but they knew who they are."

In contrast, Carlson believes that weak individuals become hosts for evil, akin to "an open, empty building that evil occupies, possesses even." He concluded by expressing his concern over Speaker Mike Johnson's actions, attributing them not to inherent evil, but to his susceptibility to it due to his perceived weakness. This, according to Carlson, is a "meaningful distinction" that he has observed.
