The Democracy PAC, funded by Soros, has made a generous donation of $1 million to the One For All Committee. According to campaign finance disclosures, this committee is responsible for creating and broadcasting advertisements that aim to influence "moderate white women" in "key battleground states" to vote for Democrats.
In its previous campaigns, the One For All Committee has shown support for President Joe Biden, Democratic Senate candidates, and Janet Protasiewicz, a candidate for the Wisconsin Supreme Court endorsed by the Democrats. The Democracy PAC's funding sources are either Soros himself or the Fund for Policy Reform, a political advocacy organization established and financed by Soros, as per Federal Election Commission (FEC) records.

Although FEC records suggest that the One For All Committee has not spent any funds on federal political advertisements in the current election cycle, the organization has invested millions between 2020 and 2022 in support of Democrats and in opposition to Republicans.

The One For All Committee's past advertisements have addressed a variety of topics, including access to abortion, the child tax credit, COVID-19, and racial justice. One such ad, created to support Mandela Barnes, the 2022 Democratic Senate nominee from Wisconsin, features a white female nurse expressing her disbelief at the potential overturning of abortion rights. "That's just wrong," she asserts, "This is America, the land of the free."

In another advertisement supporting John Fetterman, the 2022 Senate candidate from Pennsylvania, a different white woman urges voters to consider social issues alongside economic concerns. "We need to vote not just on the economy but on other issues that are really important to us right now, like reproductive freedom and the environment," she states.

An April poll by the Wall Street Journal revealed that abortion is the top concern for 39% of suburban women residing in swing states, with the majority criticizing former President Donald Trump's stance on the issue as "too restrictive." Democrats are aiming to make access to abortion a central issue in the 2024 election.

The One For All Committee's advertisements often depict white women in suburban homes with their husbands and children. The committee also receives support from liberal megadonor and tech entrepreneur Reid Hoffman, who donated $500,000 in February, as per a campaign finance filing.

However, white women are not the only demographic Soros is targeting to bolster the Democrats. The Democracy PAC's latest campaign finance filing also reported donations to committees dedicated to mobilizing black and Asian voters. Soros' philanthropic network has also invested tens of millions of dollars into Latino advocacy and voter mobilization efforts leaning towards the left.
