The disturbing revelations came to light following the confiscation of the husband's phone, who had earlier been detained for indecent exposure.

On the 13th of March, deputies from Precinct 3 were called to a distressing scene at an H-E-B on Rayford Road, just outside Houston. William Mitchell Keen, 52, was reportedly caught in the act of following and performing indecent acts near young children, leading to his immediate arrest on charges of indecent exposure, as reported by KHOU.

Further investigation led to the identification of the children Keen had been trailing, resulting in additional charges of indecency with a child by exposure. A search warrant executed on Keen's phone unearthed a chilling collection of child sex assault images.

The case took a darker turn on March 27, when Joely Keen, 53, a professional nurse, was also taken into custody. The couple faced charges after law enforcement discovered a series of disturbing photos and videos on William Keen's phone, including at least one video of Joely Keen involved in "multiple sex acts" with their Great Dane.

The couple's arrest led to their children, aged 18 and 10, along with three dogs, being placed under protective custody following a police raid on their residence. "We don't know what kind of environment they were exposed to on a regular basis. Maybe they weren't exposed to anything. Maybe they were exposed to a lot," stated Montgomery County Constables Lieutenant Ken Washington.

Joely Keen, a highly regarded family nurse at Total Men's Primary Care, was dismissed from her position on the day of her arrest. She now faces charges of bestiality, while her husband is charged with possession of child pornography, a third-degree felony.

Both managed to secure bail release, with Joely Keen's set at $5,000 and William Mitchell Keen's significantly higher at $50,000. However, they did not return to their residence for several days, as reported by the Daily Mail.
