According to the poll, 56 percent of respondents nationwide answered affirmatively to the question: "President Trump has been indicted on a total of 91 counts by supporters of Joe Biden and his Justice Department. If convicted of these charges, do you think that Joe Biden wants to stop President Trump from winning the election by putting him in jail?"
Among Hispanic participants, 53 percent concurred with the notion that Biden's actions are geared towards impeding Trump's political ambitions, while 41 percent of black Americans shared this sentiment. Independents also expressed skepticism, with 50 percent believing that Biden's legal actions are a ploy to incarcerate Trump, compared to 33 percent who disagreed.

Additionally, 53 percent of women surveyed agreed that Biden would orchestrate a potential conviction of Trump to hinder his electoral prospects.
The survey highlighted that the most pressing concerns for respondents were curbing inflation and addressing border security, with 23 percent prioritizing inflation and 14 percent emphasizing border issues. Notably, Biden's favorability rating stood at 42 percent, while his unfavorable rating reached 55 percent among those surveyed, aligning with recent polls favoring Trump's potential electoral success.
