Furthermore, he faces misdemeanor charges for indecent exposure to minors by reportedly exposing his genitals to a child. Currently, he is in custody without the option of posting bail.

This arrest follows a previous incident in May 2023 when Chisolm, operating under the alias "Sno Wight," was arrested for instructing children at a dance studio. Charges at that time included working with children as a registered sex offender and violating bail conditions. The studio's owner disclosed that Chisolm had volunteered to mentor children within the 6-19 age group, unaware of his criminal history due to his unpaid status.
