The Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades has been designated as a terrorist organization by the United States, Israel, and the European Union, The Times of Israel highlighted.

Italian police stated, “The suspects engaged in proselytism and propaganda [on behalf of the terror organization]… and planned attacks, including suicide attacks, against civilian and military targets on foreign territory,” as reported by the outlet.
