In a significant legal victory, former President Donald Trump, along with Greg Stenstrom and Leah Hoopes, have triumphed in a high-profile defamation case in Pennsylvania.

The lawsuit, known as "SAVAGE VS TRUMP ETAL," accused the defendants of making malicious and defamatory statements against the plaintiff, James Savage, in the aftermath of the 2020 Presidential election. This case was one of the few remaining 2020 election lawsuits.

The case centered around allegations made by Stenstrom and Hoopes, both Republican poll watchers, who claimed that Savage, the supervisor and chief custodian of the Delaware County Voting Machine Warehouse, manipulated the vote count in favor of Joe Biden.

In 2021, Savage, a resident of Chester, initiated a lawsuit against former President Trump, Stenstrom, Hoopes, and others, accusing them of making "deliberate, malicious, and defamatory statements and insinuations" about him following the 2020 Presidential Election. Savage alleges that these accusations led to his character being "assassinated at a national level," causing him health problems and threats of physical harm.

The lawsuit stated, "While Defendant Hoopes’ intent was clearly to disparage the plaintiff, she was factually accurate that the plaintiff would not have been trained or experienced in uploading votes for influencing tabulation purposes, improperly or otherwise." It further claimed that all the defendants at the Gettysburg public meeting on November 25, 2020, were aware that any suggestion that Savage could manipulate the vote count was impossible.

The lawsuit cited numerous public statements made by the defendants following the election, which were allegedly designed to create discord and confusion about the results. These included a hearing before Pennsylvania Senate Republicans in Gettysburg and a press conference in Arlington, Virginia, on December 1. The suit also referenced an affidavit from Stenstrom in one of several lawsuits filed by Trump seeking to overturn election results and statements he made on Fox News’ "Hannity" program on December 3, 2020.

Savage claimed that in each of these forums, the defendants sought to disparage him by alleging he illegally padded ballot totals in favor of Biden by uploading 50,000 fraudulent votes to machines via a USB "v-card" device. Stenstrom claimed that he had personally witnessed Savage uploading these sticks 24 times as votes were counted and that 47 or 64 of these USB cards had later gone missing.

The lawsuit acknowledged that Savage was not typically referred to by name in these statements, but as the "voting machine warehouse supervisor." However, since Savage was the only one in the county with that role, the suit argued that this effectively amounted to the same thing.

This week, James Savage and his attorney, J. Conor Corcoran, withdrew their complaints just before the scheduled hearing, citing a motion for summary judgment in favor of Stenstrom and Hoopes based on the truth as a complete defense.

Stenstrom, a former forensic computer scientist and self-proclaimed "patriot," announced the victory on Patriot.online. He highlighted that this case is particularly noteworthy as it is, to their knowledge, the only one where former President Trump and his attorney Rudy Giuliani have achieved a legal victory. He credited himself and Hoopes with the "heavy lifting" in this legal battle and promised more victories in their effort to demonstrate that the November 2020 election was compromised and to restore electoral transparency in Pennsylvania.

In an update, Stenstrom mentioned that the legal challenges against President Trump, Giuliani, himself, and Hoopes in Philadelphia are officially over, with the hearing for sanctions canceled. He claims that this is the first instance where hard physical evidence of election fraud was allowed into the record and where the truth defense regarding election fraud was successfully utilized.

For the record, Leah Hoopes and Gregory Stenstrom were offered a settlement on January 10th, 2024, to drop the complaint against them, and leave President Trump behind for trial after his stay for criminal hearings were resolved, and leave Mayor Giuliani behind for monetary damages for millions of dollars.

Shortly after filing their last Praecipe and email request for a large video screen for the courtroom to present the video and audio clips they submitted as part of discovery, and to review FOIA’s that showed evidence of massive election fraud in Nov 2020, and the obstruction and collusion to hide it going to the top of the federal government, the Praecipe to Discontinue was filed.

These cases are now in the win column, but they still have 32 more to go (most of which are election recount cases that they have been trying to quash in Delaware, Chester, and Fayette counties), and the PA Commonwealth Court case still languishing from Nov 2020 fraud that Leah and I fought to keep alive – which will be heard this coming April, among others.
