Elon Musk, the billionaire entrepreneur, has once again voiced his criticism of the Democratic Party's handling of the migrant crisis, following the tragic murder of Augusta University nursing student Laken Riley in Athens, Georgia, last week.

Musk, who is known for his outspoken views, took to social media on Monday to express his belief that President Biden and his Democratic administration have permitted an influx of illegal migrants into the country, with the potential aim of securing future votes for the Democratic Party. He further suggested that the reluctance to deport those who commit crimes could be seen as an attempt to retain potential voters.

According to a Fox News analysis, approximately 7.3 million migrants have illegally crossed the southwest border during President Biden's tenure, a figure that surpasses the population of 36 individual states.

Musk's comments were in response to an online debate surrounding the revelation that Diego Ibarra, the brother of Laken Riley murder suspect Jose Antonio Ibarra, was not deported despite his illegal entry into the country and subsequent arrests, including one for possession of a counterfeit green card.

Jose Antonio Ibarra, who faces charges including malice murder, murder, and kidnapping, also entered the U.S. illegally. He had previously been arrested in New York City for acting in a manner to injure a child less than 17 and a motor vehicle license violation. Both brothers hail from Venezuela.

"Dems won’t deport, because every illegal is a highly likely vote at some point," Musk stated on social media. "That simple incentive explains what seems to be insane behavior."

He further added, "It has become so brazen that a gang of illegals can beat up police officers on camera in Times Square, get out of jail for free and *still* not get deported!"

Musk was referring to an incident last month where a group of illegal migrants assaulted two NYPD officers and were subsequently released without bail. One of the released individuals provocatively gestured at the media as he exited a Manhattan police precinct, causing public outrage.

Several of those arrested in connection with the attack had previously been arrested and released for various crimes in New York City. According to ICE, two of the suspects are members of the Tren de Aragua (TdA) transnational criminal organization, a violent gang based in Venezuela that has been expanding into multiple Latin American countries and, more recently, the United States.

Musk, who immigrated legally from South Africa, has been a vocal critic of the southern border crisis. Earlier this month, he suggested that President Biden plans to offer legal status to an estimated 11 million illegal aliens during his term in office.

"Biden’s strategy is very simple," Musk wrote. "1. Get as many illegals in the country as possible. 2. Legalize them to create a permanent majority – a one-party state."

Musk also argued that Democratic states are gaining an unfair advantage over Republican states in elections due to illegal immigration, as the census counts all residents, both legal and illegal. He pointed out that congressional representation and electoral votes are allocated based on total residents rather than solely citizens.

The CEO of Tesla and SpaceX also dismissed Biden’s calls for a bipartisan Senate deal to secure the border. "No laws need to be passed," Musk stated last month. "All that is needed is an executive order to require proof before granting an asylum hearing. That is how it used to be."
