The retreat, nestled in the Monte Rio woodland, is known to be frequented by a group of primarily American globalist elites.
In an interview with podcaster Joe Rogan, Kid Rock disclosed that he had only visited the retreat once. He was accompanied by his close friend, Jimmy John, a sandwich shop owner. The two shared a room in one of the retreat's unusual glamping cabins, which came with a private chef.

Kid Rock's visit to the retreat took an unexpected turn when he punched an individual who, he later discovered, was an infiltrator. "I can't remember [this] kid's talking around this fire and … he starts popping that shit and I just fuckin’ went at him," Kid Rock recounted. "Gave him a couple. Helped him up. Was like, 'hey, we good.'" He assumed the matter was settled until he was denied entry to a concert that evening and subsequently ejected from the retreat.

However, the incident at the retreat was not the only intriguing part of Kid Rock's experience. Rogan, during their conversation, mentioned Alex Jones' description of a giant owl statue at Bohemian Grove. Kid Rock confirmed its existence, describing it as a gathering spot for a "trove of celebrities" on the first evening of his visit.

Among those present was Paul Pelosi, along with numerous other notable figures. Kid Rock humorously recalled expecting to hear "some shit" due to the retreat's secretive nature. However, the person who took the stage was none other than Tony Danza, a revelation that led to a burst of laughter. Kid Rock quipped that he had anticipated the resurrection of former President Ronald Reagan or some other "crazy shit," not Tony Danza.
