Former football player OJ Simpson, who was famously acquitted of the brutal murders of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman in 1994, has recently been diagnosed with prostate cancer.

According to Local 10 News, Simpson, now 76 years old and residing in Las Vegas, is currently undergoing chemotherapy for his condition.

Reports suggest that Simpson has been sharing concerns with his friends and family about rumors of him being in hospice care. However, in a video posted on X, Simpson vehemently denied these claims, stating, "Hospice? Hospice? Hahaha! I'm not in any hospice, but I don't know who put that out there... I'm hosting a ton of friends for the Super Bowl."

This is not the first health scare Simpson has faced in recent times. Last summer, Radar Online reported that he had a massive heart attack and narrowly escaped death. Emergency surgery was performed, during which a stent was placed in his heart to alleviate the condition.

Despite the overwhelming evidence against him during his murder trial, Simpson was found not guilty, causing a great deal of controversy and public debate. The case remains one of the most infamous in American legal history.

As Simpson battles prostate cancer, his health continues to be a topic of interest and concern. The former football star's diagnosis serves as a reminder of the ongoing challenges he faces, both physically and emotionally, as he navigates life after the high-profile trial.
