According to the border agents, the number of individuals who have entered the United States since President Biden assumed office is estimated to be between 13 and 14 million. This figure starkly contrasts with the administration's claim, which is less than half of this number.

Dr. McGraw relayed his conversation with the border agents to Sean Hannity, stating, "We hear this number, six million people have come across under the current administration. I talked to experts down there that say that number is a myth, that it’s closer to 13 to 14 million that have come across." He further shared their response when he asked about their needs, "I was shocked to hear them say, ‘We don’t need more money. We don’t need more resources, we don’t need more officers, we don’t need more legislation. We just need the laws that are on the books to be followed. We need to be allowed to do our job. And we can get this under control right now.’"

The border agents expressed their belief that they could swiftly manage the crisis if they were permitted to perform their duties without hindrance.

Dr. McGraw also highlighted the need for Americans to be aware of the surge of illegal immigrants from China, the Middle East, and Russia. He criticized the naive assumption that these individuals are crossing the southern border merely due to geographical proximity. He asserted, "They're coming in here with an agenda."

He cited alarming statistics, noting that the number of Chinese migrants crossing the southern border has skyrocketed from an estimated 1,100 between 2010 and 2020 to 33,000 in the first 11 months of 2023. Many of these migrants are military-aged men, and there is no system in place to monitor their activities or whereabouts in the United States.

Dr. McGraw expressed his support for immigration but criticized the current administration's policies for failing to ensure national security. He emphasized that border agents are not advocating for closing the border but are seeking to vet those attempting to enter the country.

He also shared his shocking discovery about the disparate treatment migrants receive from state and federal law enforcement. According to him, migrants arrested by brown-uniformed border guards from the Texas Department of Public Safety are incarcerated and deported. In contrast, those apprehended by green-uniformed federal agents receive financial aid, a court date several years in the future, and are released into the country.
