During his 14-minute diatribe against “globalists and communists,” Mohn brandished his father’s severed head, asserting, “Violence is the only solution to the federal government's treason.” He further alleged that the economy was on the brink of collapse and that the American dream was becoming increasingly unaffordable for the citizens.

He further urged the US postal services to disassociate from the federal government and align with their fellow countrymen, failing which he threatened to withdraw protection for federal postal workers.
Mohn also warned the media against spreading misinformation about the revolution and its patriots, authorizing the targeting of news stations, their owners, and employees. He vowed to continue the hunting, capturing, and killing of America's federal employees until the demands of the American people were met.
