Midway through his speech, he seemed to mumble, "The beer brewed here, it is used to make the brew beered here." The sentence was largely incoherent, but he appeared to add, "Ooh, Earth Rider, thanks for the Great Lakes. The Trump campaign's "Team Trump" account also commented on Biden’s stumble, stating, "COGNITIVELY IMPAIRED JOE BIDEN: ‘By the way, it used to make beer brew here... it is used to make the b—brew beard here...
