A recent report compiled by the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) has shed light on the alarming trend of illegal immigration since President Joe Biden assumed office.

According to the report titled "The Demographic Outlook: 2024 to 2054," it has been revealed that for every two American births, more than one illegal immigrant has entered the country.

The CBO's findings indicate that while the number of individuals crossing the border illegally has surged under the Biden administration, fertility rates among women in the United States have declined. The report highlights that net immigration among undocumented individuals reached 1.2 million in 2021 and 2.7 million in 2022.

Moreover, an additional 3.3 million illegal immigrants have been recorded between January and October 2023, bringing the total number of illegal immigrants entering the US during Biden's tenure to a staggering 6.2 million.

During the same period, approximately 10 million babies were born to women in the US. When factoring in the additional 2.25 million legal immigrants admitted between 2021 and 2023, the ratio of illegal immigrants to American births becomes closer to 1:1, as reported by Breitbart.

The CBO's projections for population growth indicate a gradual slowdown over the next three decades. The average annual growth rate is expected to decrease from 0.6 percent between 2024 and 2034 to 0.2 percent between 2045 and 2054. The report attributes this trend to the fact that net immigration increasingly drives population growth, as fertility rates remain below the replacement rate in the absence of immigration.

The CBO identifies two main factors contributing to the surge in migration. Firstly, Customs and Border Protection officials are encountering a higher number of individuals attempting to enter the United States, and more of them are being released into the country with humanitarian parole or a notice to appear before an immigration judge. Secondly, an increasing number of people are illegally entering the country without encountering Customs and Border Protection officials.
