Higgins then provides further information about the suspicious white buses that arrived at the US Capitol on January 6, 2021. He explains that these buses were the first to arrive at Union Station at 5:00 AM, before any other charter buses. The buses were completely painted white, with no markings or company names, which is a violation of the law. A charter bus operator, who arrived at 5:20 AM, was surprised to see these buses already there and noticed that no one was getting off. This raised suspicions among the experienced operator, who expected to be the first to arrive. He collected digital evidence and estimated that between 40 and 50 men, dressed as Trump supporters, disembarked from the buses and gathered in front of them for a briefing, similar to a military leader addressing his troops. They then proceeded to the escalators at Union Station and disappeared.

Higgins confirms that all the individuals on the buses were men, wearing Trump regalia and appearing to be in good shape. They had elbow pads and knee pads, and although they were not in uniform, they behaved in a uniform manner. He asserts that these individuals were FBI assets and believes that senior officials at the FBI were deeply involved in the events of January 6.

The congressman plans to obtain video evidence from Union Station, the escalators, and the parking lot to further investigate the buses and their occupants.
