Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing yet another sexual assault lawsuit, making it the fourth one against him.

The latest lawsuit accuses Combs and others of gang-raping a 17-year-old girl at his recording studio in New York City two decades ago.

The woman, who filed the suit anonymously as Jane Doe, alleges that she was raped by Combs, Harve Pierre (the president of his record label Bad Boys), and an unidentified third person in 2003.

According to court documents, the woman claims that she could barely stand up following the gang rape and had to be helped to leave the building. The suit includes photos of the alleged victim sitting on Combs' lap at his Daddy's House Recording Studio, with her face blurred.

The woman says she met Pierre at a lounge in Detroit, where he convinced her to fly to New York City by claiming to be "best friends" with Combs. Before leaving the lounge, Pierre allegedly smoked crack and forced her to perform oral sex on him in the bathroom.

The woman, who was in 11th grade at the time and lived in the Detroit area, flew to New Jersey with Pierre and a third person before arriving at the recording studio. There, the men allegedly provided her with copious amounts of alcohol and drugs, causing her to become so intoxicated that she could not have possibly consented to sex. The suit alleges that the men continuously hit on her, touched her body, and made explicit comments about her appearance throughout the night.

The woman, who now resides in Canada, provided specific details about the encounter in the suit. She claims that Combs raped her from behind in the bathroom and told her he couldn't climax unless she squeezed his nipples as hard as she could.

Combs, through his representative, vehemently denies the allegations, stating, "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH." He further asserts that the claims made against him are sickening and that he will fight for his name, family, and the truth.

The lawsuit states that the woman gained the confidence to tell her story after learning about the other cases against Combs and Pierre. She has lived with the memories of that night for 20 years, which has caused extreme emotional distress and impacted her personal relationships, according to the suit.

The suit also alleges that Combs watched while the unidentified man raped the woman, who was in and out of consciousness. When she realized what was happening, she mustered the energy to tell the third assailant to stop. Pierre then allegedly raped her and forced her to perform oral sex so roughly that she had trouble breathing.

After the assault, Pierre allegedly left the woman lying in pain on the bathroom floor before helping her into a car. The men then flew her back home, and the return trip was described as blurry. The suit claims that photos included in the court documents prove that the woman was in the studio with Combs before the alleged rape.

Jane Doe is suing Combs, Pierre, the record label, and the recording studio for unspecified damages under a city law called the Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Law. This law allows victims of abuse that occurred in the city to bring forward old claims, even if they have since passed outside the statute of limitations.

Douglas Wigdor, the lawyer representing Jane Doe, stated that the depravity of these abhorrent acts has scarred his client for life. Combs was recently sued by R&B singer Cassie Ventura, who claimed he raped and beat her for over a decade.

Combs settled the case within 24 hours but maintained that the settlement was not an admission of guilt. Another lawsuit was filed by Joi Dickerson-Neal, a former Syracuse student, who accused Combs of sexually assaulting her in 1991.

Combs' representative called the suit not credible and a money grab. A third lawsuit accused Combs and singer Aaron Hall of taking turns raping a woman and her friend in the early 1990s. Combs' representative dismissed the claims as fabricated, suggesting that Combs was being targeted due to his fame and success.
