In the midst of Spain's political upheaval, the nation's Socialist Prime Minister, Sánchez, is allegedly employing underhanded tactics to maintain his hold on power, including offering amnesty to Catalan separatists.

This has sparked a wave of mass protests, now in their eleventh day, led by patriotic forces aiming to expose and counteract these maneuvers.

However, unless you are a reader of conservative media outlets such as the Gateway Pundit, you may be unaware of these developments. Now, renowned American journalist Tucker Carlson has arrived in Spain, with the intention of bringing international attention to the unfolding political drama.

Carlson, who has gained even more prominence since his move to X/Twitter after his departure from Fox News, has been welcomed by the Spanish public with open arms. In a report by OKDIARIO, Carlson was quoted as saying, "Anyone who violates the Constitution, who potentially uses physical violence to end democracy, is a tyrant, is a dictator." He made these remarks at a demonstration outside the headquarters of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE), expressing his firm stance against the concessions made by Pedro Sánchez to the separatists.

Carlson also highlighted the attacks on the Spanish Constitution by the Prime Minister and the use of force by security personnel against protestors. "All this is happening in Europe. The world has not seen clearly that what is happening here these days is very important," he said, referring to the recent concessions made by Sánchez. He expressed his hope to change the lack of international media coverage of the situation in Spain.

The Socialist party and the Catalan Junts are seeking amnesty for those involved in the procés, an unauthorized self-determination referendum aimed at separating Catalonia from Spain. Voz reported on the ongoing protests against the proposed pardons for the Catalan politicians who orchestrated a parliamentary coup against Spain in 2017.

The report stated, "It is the 11th day of protests in the Spanish capital against the project to pardon the crimes of Catalonian politicians who carried out a parliamentary coup against Spain in 2017."

The protests have drawn the attention of the English-speaking press, marking a rare instance of conservative political mobilization on the streets of Europe. Since the protests began earlier this month outside the PSOE headquarters, they have continued daily, attracting a significant portion of the Spanish electorate.
