In an exclusive report from Encino, California, Fox News Digital has obtained surveillance footage showing a man, believed to be 35-year-old Sam Haskell IV, disposing of a large object wrapped in plastic into a dumpster.

This is the same dumpster where police later discovered a decapitated body. The video shows the man struggling to lift the object before a loud thud is heard as it lands in the dumpster.

The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) spokesperson stated that he was not aware of the video, but this does not necessarily imply that investigators have not reviewed it. The source of the video confirmed that it had been handed over to the police prior to an arrest being made. A witness in the parking lot also photographed the SUV's license plate and provided it to the police.

The police have stated that evidence found at the scene led them to the residence of Sam Haskell IV, located approximately 3.5 miles away. Haskell, the son of a Hollywood executive and a former beauty queen, was arrested on suspicion of murder after a homeless man discovered the gruesome find in the dumpster around 6 a.m. on Wednesday.

Homicide detectives uncovered additional evidence at the Coldstream Terrace home where Haskell lived with his 37-year-old wife, Mei Haskell, her parents, and their three children. The surveillance footage, recorded around 4 p.m. Tuesday, shows the incident taking place in broad daylight. "You can clearly see what he’s doing in broad daylight, and he struggles to get the black bags into the dumpster," the tipster told Fox News Digital.

According to the LAPD, Mei Haskell and her parents, Goashan Li, 72, and Yanxiang Wang, 64, are currently missing. Although no positive identification has been made on the body as of Friday, investigators suspect it may belong to Mei Haskell.

Sam Haskell was arrested at a mall in Canoga Park around 11:30 a.m. The couple's three children attended school on Wednesday, as reported by authorities, but are now under the care of child welfare agents. Police are also searching for a white Volkswagen Tiguan SUV, which was unaccounted for at the time of Haskell's arrest.

Sam Haskell IV is the son of a renowned talent agent who represented celebrities such as Dolly Parton and George Clooney before becoming an Emmy-winning producer. His father received four Emmy nominations and a single win for his collaboration with Parton on "Christmas on the Square."

He also served as the CEO of the Miss America Organization but faced controversy after leaked emails revealed him disparaging former winners. His downfall was documented in A&E's "Secrets of Miss America" miniseries in June, which included allegations of him sabotaging the career opportunities and romantic lives of pageant winners.

Sam Haskell IV, the suspect, previously maintained an Instagram account where he frequently posted about his Hollywood lifestyle under the hashtag #richkids. His mother, Mary Donnelly Haskell, was Miss Mississippi in 1977.
