On January 6, 2021, Felicia Konold and her brother Cory concluded a nationwide journey at the United States Capitol.

The siblings were among the multitude of patriots who attended President Trump's address at the Ellipse that day.

Today, Felicia faces a potential six-month prison sentence, a prospect that has her fearing the loss of her children and everything she holds dear.

As previously reported by The Gateway Pundit, Felicia and Cory were prosecuted as if they were members of the Proud Boys group, accused of conspiring with them to obstruct Congress. However, the siblings were not part of the Proud Boys and had only met members of the group on that day. Despite this, the Biden Department of Justice prosecuted them as Proud Boys.

Felicia famously told reporters, "I'm not even a boy, let alone a Proud Boy!" Now, this young mother faces up to six months in prison under the current administration.

Felicia, a single mother to 13-year-old Alexander and 2-year-old Henry, works two jobs, clocking up to 80 hours a week. She also attends school and home-schools her son. She never anticipated that her participation on January 6 would plunge her into the financial and emotional turmoil she is currently experiencing. She is behind on all her bills, struggling to finance her legal defense, and striving to secure a future for her children.

On February 11, 2021, Felicia was subjected to an early morning FBI raid at her aunt's house, where she was also the primary caregiver for her aunt. Over a dozen fully armed tactical FBI agents blocked off her street and arrested her. Despite being repeatedly told she could view their folder of evidence if she agreed to speak to them, Felicia declined to converse with the FBI, invoking her 5th Amendment rights. She was then taken to a federal prison in Arizona, where she spent almost two weeks in solitary confinement before being released on her own recognizance, tethered to an ankle monitor that restricted her movements to work, school, or essential shopping.

Initially, Felicia retained Attorney Albert Watkins, who she later dismissed. Watkins, a liberal attorney, had advised her not to engage with the media. However, he arranged for her to be interviewed by Alexandra Pelosi, daughter of former Speaker Nancy Pelosi, for a January 6 documentary for HBO. When Pelosi asked Felicia's then 10-year-old son, "How does it feel knowing your mommy is a terrorist," Felicia immediately terminated the interview.

This portion was omitted from the documentary. However, Pelosi managed to portray Felicia and the other January 6 defendants who participated in the interviews as ignorant and foolish "Trump cult members."

Felicia is now represented by her third attorney, Nick Smith, with whom she feels a strong rapport. She is signing a plea deal with the prosecution that includes a recommendation of 0-6 months in federal prison. If she is sentenced to serve time, a common occurrence for January 6 defendants, she fears she will lose her job, her education, and possibly her children.

Without sufficient funds, she worries that her children will not receive the care they need to keep them out of the Child Protective Services system. Felicia will learn her fate at her sentencing on January 25, 2024. CondemnedUSA.com is appealing for any assistance for Felicia and her children.
