Mills, in a post on his official social media account, expressed his disappointment with the Biden administration's lack of action. "Since the Biden admin has failed to do their job once again, I've stepped in to rescue Americans stranded in war-torn Israel," he said. "While this admin has a record of leaving Americans behind, I refuse to be a part of their reckless inaction."
The congressman's efforts have reportedly resulted in the successful evacuation of 32 Americans, although hundreds are still trapped in the conflict-ridden region.

Arizona's GOP Representative Andy Biggs echoed Cox's sentiments, praising Mills for his effectiveness in rescuing stranded citizens. "Several constituents from AZ-05 were stranded in Israel when Hamas's brutality unfolded. @RepMillsPress has been more effective than anyone in the Biden Administration in getting people home. In fact, he is picking up another one of our families tomorrow. He is a hero!" Biggs tweeted.

The situation in Israel remains dire, with Hamas terrorists committing unspeakable atrocities, including the execution of children. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu condemned these acts, stating, "Hamas terrorists bound, burned and executed children. They are savages."
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre confirmed the grim reality, revealing that "22 Americans lost their lives and 17 remain unaccounted for. We know that these numbers are likely to increase in the days ahead."
This is not the first time Mills has stepped in to rescue Americans in peril. He was part of a team that successfully evacuated American citizens from Afghanistan following the controversial U.S. withdrawal.
