According to the Louisville Courier Journal, Glover faces a range of charges, including conspiracy to traffic in a controlled substance, unlawful transaction with a minor involving illegal controlled substances, and participation in organized crime.
The arrest citation suggests that Glover, along with two others, are accused of employing minors to transport and sell heroin, fentanyl, and other illicit substances. During a search warrant execution at a residence in the Taylor Berry neighborhood, investigators reportedly recovered "a quantity of narcotics and several firearms."

On March 13, 2020, law enforcement arrived at Breonna Taylor's home, suspecting Glover of storing cash and drugs at the location. Glover was among several individuals apprehended in a narcotics investigation approximately 10 miles from Taylor's home in Louisville's South End.

Three Louisville Metro Police Department officers discharged their weapons at Taylor's home after her then-boyfriend, Kenneth Walker, fired a shot that hit one of the officers. Walker later stated he thought the officers were intruders, as he did not hear them identify themselves. Consequently, Taylor was fatally wounded by the officers' gunfire.

The search warrants for Taylor's apartment reportedly stated that Glover had left the residence in January 2020 with a "suspected USPS package" and proceeded to a "known drug house." Joshua Jaynes, the LMPD detective responsible for the warrant, allegedly stated at the time that he had confirmed with the U.S. Postal Service that Glover had received packages at Taylor's home. However, this was later proven to be false.

Glover has maintained that Taylor was not involved in any illicit drug trafficking, and that the details in the search warrant were misleading and incorrect. Upon conclusion of the investigation into Taylor's home, it was determined that no illegal substances were present at her address.

Following the incident, the Black Lives Matter movement rallied in support of Taylor. However, in April 2021, Taylor's mother, Tamika Palmer, criticized the Louisville Black Lives Matter chapter and Kentucky state Rep. Attica Scott (D) for allegedly exploiting Taylor's death for fundraising or policy advancement purposes.
