This red vs. blue state debate is set to air at 9 p.m. ET on November 30 in Georgia, marking the first occasion these two influential governors will engage in a public debate.
Hannity expressed his anticipation for the event, stating, "I’m looking forward to providing viewers with an informative debate about the everyday issues and governing philosophies that impact the lives of every American."
The idea for this debate was first proposed during Hannity's exclusive interview with Governor Newsom in June, with Governor DeSantis officially agreeing to participate in July. "Let’s get it done. Just tell me when and where – we’ll do it," DeSantis responded after Newsom's agreement.

The first challenge was issued last September concerning migrant flights to Martha's Vineyard, a liberal enclave in Massachusetts. This move instigated a broader discussion on sanctuary immigration policies.
