Trump, who was a frequent guest on Stern's radio show in the past, expressed his disappointment in the host's shift in ideology, claiming that it has resulted in a loss of audience and influence.
"The real Howard Stern is a weak, pathetic, and disloyal guy, who lost his friends and MUCH of his audience," Trump wrote. "I did his show many times in the good old days, and then he went woke, and nobody cares about him any longer."
Trump went on to criticize Stern's appearance, describing him as "unattractive both inside and out" and accused him of desperately trying to remain relevant. The former President's remarks come after Stern publicly declared his support for progressive causes and embraced the label of being "woke."

Stern, who was once friendly with Trump on-air, became a vocal critic of the former President during his time in office. In response to a fan's comment about his leftward shift, Stern proudly proclaimed, "I am woke, motherf–ker, and I love it!" He further clarified that being woke, in his interpretation, means not supporting Trump, advocating for transgender rights, and endorsing the COVID-19 vaccine.

This feud between Trump and Stern is not the first time the radio host has severed ties with a former friend. Just this week, Stern publicly distanced himself from comedian Bill Maher after Maher made derogatory comments about Stern's second marriage to Beth Ostrosky.
