President Biden made another verbal slip-up on Wednesday when he mistakenly referred to Ukraine as Iraq during a conversation with a reporter outside the White House.

This is the second time within the past week that the President has made this mistake, raising concerns about his cognitive clarity.

When asked about the impact of the Wagner Group's failed Russian uprising on President Putin, Biden responded by discussing the United States' war with Iraq, which ended in 2011 when he was serving as Vice President. "It's hard to tell, but he is clearly losing the war in Iraq, he's losing the war at home and he has become a bit of a pariah around the world," the President stated on the south lawn of the White House. He further emphasized that this loss of support extends beyond NATO and the European Union, reaching Japan as well.

This latest gaffe adds to a growing list of verbal missteps made by President Biden, particularly during impromptu interactions with reporters. These incidents have raised concerns among the American people about his cognitive abilities.

Just the day before, during a campaign event in Maryland, President Biden made a similar mistake when discussing the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Once again, he referred to Ukraine as Iraq, stating, "If anybody told you... that we'd be able to bring all of Europe together in the onslaught on Iraq and get NATO to be completely united, I think they would have told you it’s not likely. The one thing Putin counted on was being able to split NATO."

Despite these verbal missteps, the Biden administration has taken action to support Ukraine in the face of Russian aggression. Over $50 billion in aid has been sent to Ukraine since Russia's initial invasion.

While these mistakes may raise concerns about President Biden's cognitive clarity, it is important to note that his administration continues to prioritize supporting Ukraine and addressing the challenges posed by Russia.
