The Music Hall of Williamsburg has come under fire for canceling an event featuring prominent black and brown conservatives with just three days' notice.

The event, organized by BLEXIT and TPUSA, was set to showcase influential figures such as Brandon Tatum, Candace Owens, Anthony Davis, and Yoenmi Park, three black Americans, and a North Korean defector.

The cancellation immediately sparked outrage within conservative circles, with Charlie Kirk expressing his frustration on Twitter. Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA, said, "Outrageous!! A bunch of white liberal New Yorkers just canceled a BLEXIT/TPUSA venue for an event featuring Brandon Tatum, Candace Owens, Anthony Davis, and Yoenmi Park—3 black Americans and 1 North Korean defector—with less than three days' notice."

Kirk further vowed to proceed with the event despite the setback. "Our event will go on AS PLANNED at a new venue. We will not let the radical left terrorize us and win. We'll see you in NYC tomorrow," he said defiantly.

The sudden cancellation by the Music Hall of Williamsburg has drawn attention to the issue of perceived intolerance towards black and brown Americans among some segments of the left. Kirk encouraged supporters to express their discontent to the venue, tweeting, "Please let The Music Hall of Williamsburg @bowerypresents know you don't appreciate their intolerance toward black and brown Americans."

The decision to cancel the event at such short notice has raised questions about the freedom of expression and diversity of ideas in public spaces. The Music Hall of Williamsburg released a statement implying that Candace Owens and her fellow BLEXIT members were the wrong kinds of minorities.

Despite the setback, BLEXIT has secured an alternative venue in Long Island City to ensure the event proceeds as planned. This has, in turn, sparked outrage by Antifa and woke New York politicians, with State Senator Kristen Gonzalez, Senate Deputy Majority Leader Michael Gianaris, Assembly Members Zohran Mamdani and Jessica González-Rojas, and City Council Members Julie Won and Tiffany Cabán actively lobbying for the de-platforming of black and brown conservative Americans.

As the controversy surrounding the cancellation continues to unfold, it highlights the challenges faced by conservative figures seeking to express their viewpoints in blue states and cities.
