In a surprising Tuesday night post on social media, Jack Dorsey, former CEO of Twitter, demanded a dramatic dissolution of U.S. intelligence agencies.

Referencing an image of the late President John F Kennedy, he declared, "Splinter the CIA, NSA, and FBI into a thousand pieces and scatter them into the winds."

Dorsey's bold statement arrived following remarks made by Robert Kennedy Jr. on the Cats Roundtable radio program. Kennedy Jr., nephew of JFK and current contender for the 2024 Democratic presidential nomination, put forth a contentious theory implicating the CIA in the assassination of his uncle.

"There is overwhelming evidence that the CIA was involved in his murder. I think it's beyond a reasonable doubt at this point," stated Kennedy Jr., whose father, Robert Kennedy was also a victim of assassination. In an intriguing twist, he referred to the book 'JFK and the Unspeakable' by Jim Douglas, describing it as a compelling distillation of millions of documents and confessions related to the case.

"The evidence is overwhelming that the CIA was involved in the murder, and in the cover-up," Kennedy Jr. stressed, further fueling the intrigue surrounding one of the most shocking events in U.S. history.

These claims directly challenge the conclusions of the Warren Commission, which asserted that Lee Harvey Oswald, JFK's alleged assassin, acted alone. Jack Ruby killed Oswald under mysterious circumstances less than 48 hours after his arrest.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson delved into this contentious issue last year during an episode of his show "Tucker Carlson Tonight." Carlson drew attention to the CIA ties of psychiatrist Louis Jolyon West, who deemed Ruby insane while in custody, and the House of Representatives 1976 special committee investigation that concluded JFK's murder was likely the result of a conspiracy.

The CIA, Carlson suggested, was the "obvious suspect" in this convoluted narrative. He exposed the 1992 President John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act, which required the entire disclosure of all related documents by 2017, and the subsequent withholding of thousands of CIA documents by the previous and current administrations.

"In 1992, Congress passed the President John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act, that act mandated full disclosure of all documents by 2017, 54 years after JFK was killed. The last administration promised to comply fully with that law. But under intense pressure from CIA director Mike Pompeo withheld, in the end, 1000s of pages of CIA documents. Today, this afternoon, the Biden administration did exactly the same thing," Carlson explained.

According to journalist Matt Taibbi's revelations in the "Twitter Files," CIA and FBI interference in Twitter's content moderation processes extended throughout Dorsey's tenure at the social media giant. Taibbi's reports unveiled a tangled web of surveillance and censorship operations, with Twitter juggling communications from a broad spectrum of federal agencies.

Taibbi went so far as to dub Twitter "The FBI Subsidiary." The leaked information showed a close relationship between Twitter and multiple government agencies, including the CIA, with one of Twitter's executives being a former CIA agent.

The public scrutiny of Twitter increased after its takeover by billionaire Elon Musk, who sought to expose the platform's inner workings. Jack Dorsey expressed his reservations about Musk's leadership earlier this month, stating that things at Twitter "all went south" following Musk's company acquisition.

These recent revelations underscore a growing public suspicion about the intricate connections between government intelligence agencies, social media giants, and the events that have shaped the nation's history. With political figures, media personalities, and industry leaders weighing in, the quest for transparency continues to define the American discourse.
