The idiom applies to former President Donald Trump’s appearance Saturday night at the UFC 287 event in Miami at the Kaseya Center.

According to Business Insider, when Trump entered the building, the crowd erupted with ‘enthusiastic applause from fight fans.’ Trump was accompanied by Mike Tyson, Kid Rock, and Dana White, all seated in the front row. Don Jr. was also in attendance.

As the fans videoed, took pictures, yelled, whistled, and applauded Trump, stood up and waved at the crowd. Social media lit up with posts and replies commenting on the unexpected appearance of the former President. The crowd broke into a loud chant of “USA! USA! USA!.”

Trump was at the arena to watch the scheduled fights. One bout was between Jorge Masvidal and Gilbert Burns. Masvidal is a Trump supporter and praised the former President from the ring when he pointed to Trump and said, “Greatest President in the history of the world. I love that guy.” Masvidal also praised Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and took a dig at Biden, saying, “Let’s go, Brandon.”

Trump’s appearance at the sports event comes not long after surrendering in New York City, where he pleaded not guilty to 34 counts relating to alleged payments to adult film star Stormy Daniels in 2016.

After the arrest, Trump returned to Florida and his Mar-a-Lago estate, where he gave a speech. He said, “This fake case was brought only to interfere with the upcoming 2024 election, and it should be dropped immediately.” “The only crime I have committed is to fearlessly defend our nation from those who seek to destroy it.”

The Post Millennial reported, “Four days ago, Trump was arraigned in New York City in what many see as an act of political persecution.”

One Twitter post stated the sight of Trump with Tyson, Kid Rock, and White was “How to trigger the left in one amazing photo.”
