On Wednesday evening, country singer-songwriter Travis Tritt took to Twitter to announce his decision to remove Anheuser-Busch products from his tour hospitality rider.

In response to the backlash the company received following Bud Light's new promotion celebrating transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney, Tritt tweeted, "I will be deleting all Anheuser-Busch products from my tour hospitality rider. I know many other artists who are doing the same." He then shared a follow-up tweet featuring a photo of Ru Paul's Drag Race collaborating with Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey.

When a Twitter user asked Tritt for a list of Anheuser-Busch products, he provided a photo featuring a variety of beer brands such as Budweiser, Stella Artois, Corona, Michelob Light, Rolling Rock, Busch, Natural Ice, O’Douls, Red Hook, and others.

Tritt is not the only artist speaking out against Bud Light's campaign, which has received significant backlash on social media. On Monday, singer Kid Rock used several Bud Light cases for target practice, sharing a video on social media and stating, "F--- Bud Light and f--- Anheuser-Busch!"

Mulvaney, a biological male, received backlash and support after Bud Light featured her in their "365 Days of Girlhood" promotion. Despite calls for a boycott, some have praised Anheuser-Busch's decision, citing it as an opportunity to drive conversations around inclusion and diversity. Award-winning influencer and brand marketing guru Bryan Kramer called the move "a win for Bud Light and other brands" and predicted that "moving forward, it's something that brands are having to take a position on."

While commenters on Tritt's posts were split, the majority supported his decision. Tritt is scheduled to perform next in Hinton, Oklahoma, on April 14.
