Jenner, a former Olympian who won a gold medal in the 1976 Montreal Olympics, ran for governor during California's 2021 gubernatorial recall contest; however, she only secured a small percentage of the votes.
In her tweets last week, she criticized the "Radical Rainbow Mafia" and claimed they have hijacked the LGBTQ+ community, calling them domestic terrorists. Jenner also asserted her belief that grooming children and using violence to shut down opposition are not values, and that common sense and being trans are not mutually exclusive attributes.
