When U.S. Fifth Circuit Judge Kyle Duncan received an invitation to speak at Stanford University, he gladly accepted the request.

However, the Gateway Pundit reports that the invitation seemed a bait-and-switch situation regarding what the students wanted from experience.

Out-of-control Marxist students shouted down Judge Duncan, harassed him, and even threatened his children. School officials did nothing to intervene, and the students continued with their unhinged behavior. Finally, after several minutes of this behavior, the judge determined that he could not offer his thoughts. Thus, he was escorted from the building by Federal Marshals for his safety.

Judge Duncan said with the Free Beacon: “If enough of these kids get into the legal profession, the rule of law will descend into barbarism.”

The judge also said that the protestors behaved like “dog shit.”

Interestingly, a left-leaning attorney now threatens to go after the out-of-control students to put things back in order after the chaos they caused by shouting down the judge. His name is John Banzhaf, and he is well-known for having pursued charges against President Nixon and President Trump. However, Banzhaf is turning the tables now as he says he is filing a bar complaint against the Stanford students who shut down the speech by Judge Duncan.

The Gateway Pundit reports that if this complaint filing is successful, then it will add a red letter to the records of these students and may delay the timeline for them to be able to take their bar exam. Although Banzhaf is a known Leftist, he still wants these students to pay for what they did by shutting the judge down.

The California Bar requires applicants to show “respect for the rights of others and the judicial process.” The complaint against these students will claim that they had not held themselves up to these standards based on their behaviors when Judge Duncan tried to offer his thoughts about various issues. They could end up paying dearly in their professional careers for having done this.
