This is not the first instance of Biden displaying odd behavior around minors; in October 2022, he spoke at Irvine Valley College and proceeded to lean in over a young girl for a photo op, putting his hand on her shoulder and offering her dating advice, telling "the only thing I want you girls to remember, no serious guys 'til you're 30 years old."

He repeated the same advice to another group of girls in March 2022. Such behavior earned him the nickname of "Creepy Uncle Joe" from the Washington Post in 2015, and other reports have even accused the President of being a hair-sniffer and odd whisperer.

Tragically, the town of Rolling Fork had suffered 13 deaths due to the tornado, and Biden offered his condolences to the grieving residents. He reassured them that he would provide support and assistance to ensure they could remain in the town. As reported by the Associated Press, Biden's visit was met with appreciation as he was seen consoling residents and offering them hope.
