” The Post Millennial reports that this year’s list includes Leigh Finke, an advocate for allowing children access to experimental sex changes. Finke is the first transgender person appointed to the House of Representatives in Minnesota.
According to The Post Millennial, “Finke is a male who began presenting as a member of the opposite sex in 2017. Finke has since dedicated a lot of time and energy to campaigning for transgender rights, with a focus, since becoming an elected official, on ensuring that minors have access to experimental and irreversible medical sex change procedures.”
Finke sponsored a bill to make Minnesota a “trans-refuge state.” The Post Millennial says, “This law would protect parents who travel to Minnesota seeking sex changes for their children from states where these experimental interventions have been outlawed for minors.”

An adult trans-identified male testified during a House Committee meeting to support the bill, calling the experimental procedures that would leave children infertile life-saving procedures. Parents with trans children are the ones Finke reaches out to. Per The Post Millennial, Finke said, “‘The people I hear the most from are parents of trans children.”
