Devious Democrats are up to their old tricks of hiding insane regulations to try and push their agenda of climate control.

Governor Kathy Hochul found a way to sneak in a law that would ban the sale of natural gas stoves in Michigan. She asks that people stop buying gas stoves and remove them from their homes and businesses.

The liberal leader believes millennials love cast-iron cookware that must be used on open-flame stoves. And she has made it her mission to target these people and make them feel guilty for doing what they love. It all comes down to controlling the actions of others and forcing them to do what they do not want to do.

The governor’s plan hit social media with a vengeance and was not well received. The New York Post reported that a Twitter user stated, “If gas stoves get banned, I want a house with a fire pit and cast-iron cauldron. Electric cooking is not the way.”

The governor also wants all water heaters to be electric by the end of ten years. She is obsessed with forcing people to move away from natural gas. She may love electricity, but she fails to understand the very resource that produces it that she hates.

Hochul could not come right out and blast her idea in her speech. She had to be cryptic and subtle about letting the news out.

Hazel Crampton-Hays is Hochul’s spokesperson. She stated, “Governor Hochul has been clear that we have to take bold steps on climate to protect the health and safety of our children, and 30 percent of state greenhouse gas emissions come from buildings. This proposal would not apply to existing gas stoves in existing buildings like these restaurants and would mark the beginning of a process to determine appropriate regulations to [best] protect our planet, our health, and our economy.”
