The growth rate is so concerning to many people that some feel their safety is in question. And such is the case for Collier Gwin, who owns Foster Gwin Gallery.
Gwin is under attack because he hosed down a homeless lady who he claims is exceptionally violent. And what he did was in self-defense.
A video surfaced on the internet shows Gwin hosing down the woman while leaning against a fence. The video shows him hosing her down, aiming at the waist area and some in the face.

Fox News reported, “The video amassed millions of views and prompted such anger over Gwin’s actions that one local attempted to confront him [about it]. Twitter user and San Francisco resident Darren McKeeman recorded himself confronting Gwin while [he was] purportedly in the middle of an interview Tuesday.”

Gwin would report in Mckeeman’s video that “I’ve been here for 40 years. We have tons of homeless [people]. But they haven’t been in a situation where they get that violent [within] 10 days of the neighborhood trying to do something. We have been able to [get them taken] to a shelter, which they leave immediately.”

Gwin claims that he wanted to clean the outside front area of his shop and asked the lady to move. But all she did was yell back at him. Videos can only show so much. And they often fail to reveal the events leading up to the climax.

Gwin is a shop owner who feels overrun by homeless people for whom the liberals seem to take no interest in their care. Fox News is reporting that the police are investigating the issue. But so far, there has been no report on what took place.
