Now that Twitter is in the hands of the private sector, allowing conservatives to voice their opinions freely, the company has come under attack by hackers who stole email addresses from over 200 million users.

Alon Gal is the co-founder of the Israeli cybersecurity-monitoring firm. He mentioned that the attack would lead to many other things designed to get personal information from people.

Reuters reported that “Twitter has not commented on the report, which Gal first posted about on social media on Dec. 24, nor responded to inquiries about the breach since that date. It was not clear what action, if any, Twitter has taken to investigate or remediate the issue.”

An investigation will most certainly take place. But for now, Twitter could not locate or verify if the leaked data was from their servers.

So far, no one has taken the credit for the hack. Some believe the hack occurred in 2021, even before Elon Musk took over as the company owner. But no one can verify precisely when it happened. All that is known at this time is that it did happen.

Reuters also reported, “A major breach at Twitter may interest regulators on both sides of the Atlantic. The Data Protection Commission in Ireland, where Twitter has its European headquarters, and the U.S. Federal Trade Commission have been monitoring the Elon Musk-owned company for compliance with European data protection rules and a U.S. consent order respectively.”

Liberals are bound to target systems that house conservative users. Some think that the incident happened before the Musk era, but even by then, it was sure that he would take control. Those involved now have the information they can use to gather private information on people. And all of it stems from people’s greed because they have nothing better to do than make life miserable for everyone else.
