She spoke on Fox News’ “Jesse Watters Primetime” show about how she addressed the school board wearing a full-body feline get-up. Graham stated that she was not a woman dressed as a cat but an actual cat. The Western Journal reported she said, “How many of you believe and confess that I’m a cat?”
Graham continued, “How many of you believe that your child or a child from this school would believe that I’m actually a cat? No one. You are right. Truth prevails over imagination. Reality exists. Discernment is innate and something that we are biologically wired to have. One look at me, and you know this to be true. I am a woman posing as a cat.”

Going too far? Graham doesn’t think so. She told Watters one person on the school board had a transgender member, 72-year-old Paul Bixler, who dresses in feminine attire and insists on being addressed with a title usually reserved for women, Ms.

Graham shared, “The only thing he does to identify as a female is put lipstick on. He grew his hair out a little bit, and he wears his deceased wife’s clothing to school, to sporting events, to fundraisers, to school events in front of the children.”

According to a profile in The Arizona Republic, Bixler’s wife passed away in 2017. While Bixler stated his wife, Candace, had been aware of his sexual “dysmorphia,” he did not come out into the open until after her death.

According to Fox News, Graham said that “Someone with this kind of mental illness can enjoy that mental illness all they want in the comfort of their home. But when you put them in charge of children, we’re talking about a new type of indoctrination, and that’s where it gets really terrifying, is seeing these people in charge of our kids’ education.”

Although Graham has a problem with Bixler on the board, Luke Garrison, another board member, does not. He said there was no difference between Bixler and other board members.
The Western Journal reported Garrison said, “All of our board members are performing their duties as they were sworn to do.”
