Biden has made it clear by his inaction that he, and his administration, support the sweeping waves of illegal immigrants that continue to overwhelm the southern border.

There are not enough resources in border states, and there are not enough border patrols to stop them. Now, it’s at the Supreme Court.

The Biden administration decides to focus on crucial deportation issues, such as deportation issues with dangerous illegal immigrants. Two states, Texas and Louisiana, are fed up. Now, they are suing over the problems.

Just The News reports, “The Supreme Court will revisit a case Tuesday to decide whether the Biden administration has the power to prioritize the deportation of certain illegal migrants deemed a national security or public safety threat.”

The news source says, “Biden’s plan, which would make other immigrants less of a priority for deportation, is a change from the Trump administration’s policy to remove a wider category of migrants. The attorneys general for Texas and Louisiana filed a lawsuit over the plan, arguing the President does not have the authority to make the policy without congressional authorization.”

Not only is Biden’s plan unconstitutional, and he’s trying to implement it illegally, but it’s also more expensive than plans put in place by previous administrations.

Biden’s track record with the high court is iffy. We saw them overturn his eviction memorandum and the vaccine mandate for large employers. Now, his student loan forgiveness is tied up in court as well. This is going to become a consistent issue as Republicans take control of the House of Representatives and Democrats are no longer able to do what they want.

However, those on the other side claim that Texas and Louisiana shouldn’t be allowed to sue. USA Today states, “Immigration advocates question whether Texas and Louisiana should be allowed to sue. The states claim Biden’s policy forced them to spend more money on law enforcement, health care, and education.”

But critics say the states have sought to increase their populations and that those costs would rise with an influx of non-immigrants as well.

However, the states suing have a good point. They aren’t the first states to sue over issues like this, and they likely won’t be the last. Per USA Today, “Texas and Louisiana told the Supreme Court this year in their brief that other states have been allowed to sue on similar grounds.”

“The states told the court that officials have an obligation to ‘protect the health and well-being of their residents by protecting them from criminal aliens that Congress has ordered detained.’”

The states suing aren’t wrong.
