Famous “Harry Potter” author rails against “genderists,” according to the Daily Wire.

Taking to Twitter on Wednesday, J.K. Rowling slammed them for making excuses for a “pedophilia apologist” that had been allowed a place on the trustee board of a transgender children’s charity.

Dr. Jacob Breslow resigned once it came out that he had promoted support for pedophiles at a B4U-ACT conference.

While Rowling’s political persuasion usually leans toward the left, she has ideas on gender theory that often rub the left the wrong way leading them to label her a Trans-Exclusionary Radical Feminist (TERF).

News of the associate professor of gender and sexuality at the London School of Economics stepping down from his board position at the Mermaids charity hit the Twitter-verse Wednesday. It elicited a response from Rowling.

She tweeted, “I note the genderists are now arguing that it doesn’t matter that a pedophilia apologist was a trustee of a trans children’s charity because he was ‘only one.’ [You know,] I thought things were pretty bad when you [were] arguing to put convicted rapists in women’s jails.”

According to the Daily Wire, she continued:

“When you shrugged off masked men roughing up lesbian protestors and tried to shout down ‘detransitioners’ talking about what was done to them by ideologically-captured doctors, women, gay people, and vulnerable kids have suffered real harm, and you? You cheered it all on.”

Rowling noted that many activists became what they often said they hated. “You still prefer willful blindness and four-word mantras to considering you might have got this badly wrong.”

She continued to say the genderists had become part of an “authoritarian, misogynist, homophobic movement” without realizing it. She ended a tweet with, “Enjoy the sense of your [own] righteousness while you can. It won’t last.”

Despite threats she’s received, Rowling believes radical gender theory erases women and regularly speaks out on the subject.
