Six former Navy SEALs published an ad stressing their campaigns for six separate seats in the House of Representatives with one shared goal: to take down Speaker Nancy Pelosi's control in Congress.

The six Conservative-minded SEALs include Morgan Luttrell in Texas's 8th Congressional District, Brady Duke for Florida's 7th District, Eli Crane for Arizona's 2nd District, Derrick Van Orden for Wisconsin's 3rd District, Ed Thelander for Maine's 1st District, and Ryan Zinke for Montana's 1st District.

Together, the SEALs constructed a political action committee called SEAL PAC, and this week, they published a joint campaign ad revealing their runs for Congress.

In the ad, the SEALs are shown taking their oaths to defend the Constitution. Photos show the men while enlisted on various missions.

"They took a blood oath to protect America," the ad's narrator says. "They understand that the only easy day was yesterday. They know that our enemies are no match for their strength and their courage. These former Navy SEALs have protected America from enemies all over the world. Now they have one grave threat left."

The ad then shows a photo of Pelosi before stating, "Join them."

The ad indicating the former SEALs' mission of ending the Democrats' control of Congress is airing on Fox News and Newsmax.

Pelosi, who has opposed new legislation banning members of Congress from trading individual stocks, stressed Thursday she is ready to advance it — if it has the support of her caucus.

"I just don't buy into it, but if members want to do that I'm OK with that," Pelosi told reporters at her weekly press conference.

The speaker said she didn't think the step was necessary because she trusted her colleagues and that current laws require regular disclosure. "I have great confidence in the integrity of my members," Pelosi said.

Still, she has asked the House Administration Committee to review the STOCK Act, the law requiring members to regularly report trades and file reports within 45 days, and said she is open to increasing fines for lawmakers who fail to comply with the deadlines. She added the committee is reviewing all the bills proposed on new reforms.

Pelosi said if there are problems that a member is engaged in insider trading, "that's a Justice Department issue." Existing laws give prosecutors the ability to charge lawmakers with insider trading.

In recent weeks, members in both parties have resumed a push to ban lawmakers from making individual stock picks. Several bills have been proposed in the House and Senate. Some would cover just members of Congress. Others would apply the ban to spouses and family members.
