Last March, Rachel Maddow famously went on a rant about how vaccines stop the virus, and yet as we all know, this is the farthest thing from the truth. However, did Ms. Maddow get censored when she doubled down on this falsehood on December 20th? No. In fact, the only people to have gotten suspended or booted altogether are people who have challenged her assertions - despite tangible proof that vaccines do NOT stop the virus such as Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin getting it or countless others who did their best to mask up and vaccine themselves three times who are now sick, or not sick but have the virus.
Moreover, social media users that have demanded apologies from Rachel Maddow and MSNBC over the liberal host's insistence that the vaccine stops the virus dead in its tracks and prevents further transmission are actually being censored by Twitter and Facebook or having their posts tagged with warnings of misleading information. The only misleading information there has been in this instance came from the LGBTQ+ icon Maddow. One has to ask is it because she is gay that she, like CNN's liar-in-chief Don Lemon is untouchable?

On March 29th, Maddow said "Now we know that the vaccines work well enough that the virus stops with every vaccinated person."

"A vaccinated person gets exposed to the virus, the virus does not infect them, the virus cannot then use that person to go anywhere else," she added with a shrug. "It cannot use a vaccinated person as a host to go get more people." The vaccines, she said, "will get us to the end of this."
