In her recent book, Laptop from Hell, Author Miranda Devine details how the Biden family took Navy veteran and businessmen Tony Bobulinski to help push the deal along with Chinese mogul Ye Jianming, who was in command of the Chinese government-affiliated CFEC.
According to the New York Post, "Less than two weeks after meeting Joe Biden, Bobulinski Incorporated SinoHawk Holdings LLC, on May 15, 2017, having decided against Hunter's suggestion they call it CEFC America."

"It would be a global investment firm seeded with $10 million of Chinese money that would buy projects in the US and around the world in global and/or domestic infrastructure, energy, financial services and other strategic sectors," said the contract he had drawn up.

"SinoHawk would be 50 percent owned by Ye Jianming, chairman of CEFC, through a Delaware-incorporated CEFC entity, Hudson West IV LLC. The other 50 percent would be owned by Oneida Holdings LLC, another Delaware firm set up by Bobulinski."

Bobulinski later verified in an interview that "the big guy" was absolutely the prevailing President, Joe Biden himself, even though he denied publically that he had anything to do with the agreement.

On Tuesday, Breitbart announced previously unreported documents from the laptop that revealed how Biden was shown using his family to leverage a deal with Chinese energy company CEFC.
"In an email from October 23, 2017, an intermediary by the name of JiaQi Bao, between Hunter Biden and his Chinese business associates, sent an email thanking Hunter and Joe Biden's brother, Jim, for arranging a meeting with Greg Michaels, the president of a natural gas liquefaction facility in Louisiana called Monkey Island LNG, and detailing plans for what will be discussed," wrote Breitbart.

"We have a 10:30 meeting tomorrow @ 3CC with Greg Michaels, the president of Monkey Island LNG Terminal project in Louisiana. Thank you to Jim and Hunter for bringing the owner to talk to us directly," Bao wrote in an email.
'That email was received by Hunter, Jim, and Gongwen Dong, a Chinese investor involved in many deals connected to the Bidens.

In another email on October 29, 2017, Bao writes to discuss plans for the business venture, noting that Biden is the best person to help "friend," CEFC chairman Ye Jianming. Bao stressed this because Biden has "access to decision makers" asked to approve the transfer of essential natural resources to foreign entities.
