Rep. Jim Jordan is certain nobody considers what President Joe Biden says as fact.

Jordan appeared on Justice with Judge Jeanine Saturday on Fox News, where he talked about the recent Kyle Rittenhouse trial with Jeanine Pirro. Jordan first noted Biden's remark on Twitter in 2020 that Rittenhouse was a white supremacist. He compared it with Biden's post-acquittal remarks, in which the president admitted that "the jury has spoken."

"If you look at the big picture, judge, I don't think anyone believes anything the Biden administration says," Jordan said. "I mean, how many times have they lied to us?"

He continued later, stressing Biden's accusations that Rittenhouse was a white supremacist.

"It's ridiculous what [Biden] said about Kyle Rittenhouse in this case," Jordan said. "We all saw the evidence; we saw the videos, we saw Kyle Rittenhouse testify. We believed him because he told the truth… No one believes anything Joe Biden says anymore."

Pirro later played a clip of Vice President Kamala Harris's reaction, who had said, "it's clear, there's still a lot more work to do" in reforming criminal justice.

"Do any of these people explain what the problem is, or are they just happy dividing us?" Pirro asked in return.

"Yeah, that's all they're about, dividing us," Jordan replied. "They don't actually want a First Amendment, they don't even want real debate."

"They just want to say if you don't agree with me, we're going to call you racist, we're going to call you names," he added. "And if you try to speak up, then we're going to try to cancel you."

Jordan also sounded off on Attorney General Merrick Garland, who now faces demands to resign after a leaked email showed the FBI had built a system to track parents who posed inherent dangers at school board meetings. Jordan called for Garland to be brought back before Congress to testify on the new developments.

Jordan explained on "America's Newsroom" that the email reportedly went out to FBI agents the day before the attorney general testified in late October.

"We asked Chairman Nadler yesterday, 'When will you bring back the attorney general to answer questions?'" Jordan said.

"After all, it sure looks like he misled the American people when he gave the answers that he did," Jordan continued.

Jordan told Fox News's Bill Hemmer that Garland told the House Judiciary Committee that "nothing of the sort is going on."

"He tells us that. Testifies to that. Tell the American people that. At the same time, just 24 hours earlier, this email had been sent out," he said.
