The expensive figure reflects the president's 25 trips in only 43 weeks in office, which equates to 77 days - expenses that far surpass the $2.4million in Secret Service costs spent to defend Donald Trump throughout the 99 days he spent at his golf course in Bedminster, New Jersey, throughout his four-year presidency.

The $2.4million does not include Trump's usual trips to his Florida home, Mar a Lago, where the then-president racked up a $13.7million taxpayer bill in only four trips in early February 2017. Trump's golf trips are estimated to have cost the taxpayer, in total, nearly $150million.

Biden's documented expenses accounted for hotels and rental cars for Secret Service agents, plus airfare and train tickets for them to get to Delaware.
Though, the actual cost to taxpayers is even higher because the Pentagon has yet to unveil Biden's transportation expenses.
