Bruno Lozano, the Democrat mayor of Del Rio, Texas, tweeted his dissatisfaction with the Biden administration's apparent disregard for the increasingly untenable situation at the border, one that directly affects his constituents.
In response to a Saturday tweet from President Joe Biden's official Twitter account, Lozano questioned, "Where is the plan to protect our southern border?"
Lozano then proceeded to lash out at Vice President Kamala Harris specifically, since she was specifically charged with the task of handling the ongoing border crisis by President Biden. He mentions that she is "able to visit the fun events", but "Where is the visit to Del Rio Texas?"

Once again asking Biden "Where are you?" in response to the growing agglomeration of illegal migrants who are crossing the Rio Grande completely unchecked.
The numbers of people gathered under the International Bridge on the southern US border are constantly growing, and have even possibly passed the 15k mark by the time of this article’s publication.

The stream of people continued to cross the river at a shallow point where wading isn't very difficult, and showed no signs of abating. This was up until the point that DPS troopers were sent to the area by Texas Gov. Greg Abbot (R), which has brought the illegal crossings at least to a temporary halt.

Incredible videos released on Saturday show hundreds of people at a time slowly wading across the Rio Grande from the Mexican side to the US side of the river, with no authorities whatsoever in sight.
The person recording the video states, "Hi guys, what you're looking at right now, that is the US side of the Rio Grande. That is a mass of several hundred illegal immigrants who have just crossed the Rio Grande." Meanwhile, the camera pans to the crowd of people, most of them just hanging out on the US side after having crossed.

"And, look at this," the narrator continues as the camera pans right to show the long line of migrants wading their way across the river toward US territory.

"Several hundred more streaming across as we speak. We are on a boat in the Rio Grande," the man continues as the camera continues panning to show the other side of the border. "This is the Mexican side of the river right now."
"You can see it's a never-ending stream. Hundreds of people cross the Rio Grande, basically every hour. And they're heading to the International Bridge, which you can see in the background."

"Look at that mass of people," states the narrator, as the camera once again focuses on the American side.
"This is why the situation at the bridge continues to deteriorate. This is insane; the federal government has to wake up," they warn.
