Salesforce is the latest company to pick a side on the new Texas abortion law. The California based company has offered to relocate employees who seek to change states over "access to reproductive healthcare."

“As a company, we stand with all of our women at Salesforce and everywhere. With that being said, if you have concerns about access to reproductive healthcare in your state, Salesforce will help relocate you and members of your immediate family," Salesforce wrote in the Slack message on Friday.

Other companies have already joined the fight ahead of Salesforce. Lyft and Uber announced the establishment of legal defense funds to help rideshare drivers fight against any potential legal action stemming from the Texas pro-life law.

The "fetal heartbeat" bill, effective Sept. 1, bans most abortions in the state of Texas. The restriction, part of an aggressive agenda for Republican lawmakers during the current legislative session, places Texas at the heart of the pro-life fight among conservative states challenging the boundaries of Roe v. Wade, the 1973 controversial Supreme Court case.
