Garland Favorito, co-founder of the group VoterGA, told RealClearInvestigations he is reasonably sure that at least 10,000 absentee ballots, if not double that number, were questionable.
“We have what is almost surely major absentee-ballot fraud in Fulton County involving 10,000 to 20,000 probably false ballots,” he stated.
Biden won Georgia by about 12,000 votes, a tally affirmed in many recounts and approved by the state, and judges turned away legal challenges to the results. This lingering suit's audit would not change the outcome of the contest.

Favorito, a poll watcher who has a name in the media for entertaining conspiracy theories over the years, is among a collection of voters who sued in December for access to look for evidence of fraud in November's election. They scored a triumph in court last month.

Superior Court Judge Brian Amero granted a motion to unseal 147,000 absentee ballots from the 2020 election in Fulton County, where Biden got over 72% of the vote, for review as part of their lawsuit. Though the judge canceled a meeting to address logistical plans for the audit to give him time to consider and rule on motions filed by attorneys for Fulton County to dismiss the case. A hearing on the motions is anticipated later this month.

Meanwhile, the ballots are being stored in a Fulton County warehouse. Controversy struck on Saturday, May 29, when the motion-detection alarm went off in the building. The subject is under investigation, including what has been reported as a patrol of deputies who left the building at the end of their shift prior to the alarm going off.

Officials maintain the locked room with the ballots was secure at all times. Still, RealClearInvestigations reported Favorito isn't convinced the "five pallets of shrink-wrapped ballots" were safe, and his lawyer is looking to obtain security camera footage.
“How do we know for certain there was no tampering with the ballots?” Favorito stated.
Former President Donald Trump and his allies have praised attempts to review the results of the 2020 election, including the Arizona Senate's audit in Maricopa County, notwithstanding federal, state, and local election officials maintaining there is no proof of widespread fraud.
“It is outrageous that Fulton County continues to be a target of those who cannot accept the results from last year’s election,” Fulton County Commission Chairman Robb Pitts, a Democrat, said after the judge's ruling in favor of a review in Fulton County. “The votes have been counted multiple times, including a hand recount, and no evidence of fraud has been found.”
