House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) claims that she is not concerned about the content on a laptop computer stolen from her office when protesters stormed the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.

“I’m not concerned about that particular laptop,” Pelosi spoke to MSNBC in an interview which was broadcast on Tuesday.

“But that doesn’t matter. It could be any laptop. And anytime a constituent writes to a member of Congress it’s confidential, that is personal with that person conveying their concern, their own situation—whether it relates to Social Security or immigration, whatever it is—it’s a secret, it’s confidential. So for them to take that is a violation not only of my office but of my connection to my constituents,” she concluded on the matter.

A Pelosi spokesman earlier this month confirmed that a computer was stolen from the speaker’s office. He noted that it was “only used for presentations.”

Pelosi said in the new interview that the computer “happened to be one that we used for Zooms and stuff like that, I think. I don’t know what other information could be on there.”

Trying to sell the computer to a hostile foreign power could “jeopardize all kinds of information,” she stated.

Protesters stole numerous items while inside the Capitol on Jan. 6, including a nameplate from the Speaker’s Lobby, at least one other computer, and mail. Nearly 100 have been hit with federal charges.

The FBI is probing an allegation that a Pennsylvania woman stole Pelosi’s computer with plans to sell it to Russia. That woman, Riley June Williams, was arrested on Jan. 18.

While it has not yet been confirmed what was or wasn’t on this laptop, it is interesting to note that an FBI file dump has now gone viral and it includes some very damaging information pertaining to Nancy.

Within the documents is revealed that Nancy Pelosi’s brother, Franklin Roosevelt D’Alesandro was charged with rape.

In 1953 and 1954, Mr. D’Alesandro was in the headlines when he was arrested at the age of 20 and subsequently acquitted in trials.

He soon married his longtime sweetheart, Mary Ann Jankowski, and they had two daughters.

Mr. D’Alesandro worked in the land records section of the Baltimore CourtHouse.

“He was a mentor to young title searchers, and he helped stabilize that department,” said his older brother, Thomas J. D’Alesandro III, who served as mayor from 1967 to 1971. “He helped people working there go from working with pens on paper, through the era of the typewriter to the computer.”

“He was an agreeable sort of guy who did his job well,” former Baltimore Chief Circuit Court Judge Joseph H.H. Kaplan said. “He didn’t complain and was always very pleasant.”

“As a brother, friend, and adviser, Roosie always advocated a gentle approach, no matter how drastic the disagreement,” Ms. Pelosi said in a statement. “Roosie died as he had lived, surrounded by his family, loved by his friends, grateful for God’s blessings on his life, and prepared to meet our parents and brothers in Heaven.”
