Lincoln Project Senior Advisor Stuart Stevens tweeted that the organization is building a database of professional information on those who played a role in the Trump administration. In a move that resembles the early Nazi blacklists, before Hitler became Chancellor, where companies and organizations sympathetic to the Nazi cause would effect boycotts of Jewish, gypsy and German democratic supporting businesses, the Lincoln Project is filling the same purpose and is a clear reason to be alarmed.

"At @ProjectLincoln we are constructing a database of Trump officials & staff that will detail their roles in the Trump administration & track where they are now," Steven's tweet reads.

"No personal info, only professional. But they will be held accountable & not allowed to pretend they were not involved," the tweet continues.

"Hire any of Trump’s fellow fabulists above, and Forbes will assume that everything your company or firm talks about is a lie," the statement reads.

"Want to ensure the world’s biggest business media brand approaches you as a potential funnel of disinformation? Then hire away," it continued.

He didn’t mention when the database would start running or how the group will publish it.

The Lincoln Project actively campaigned against President Trump throughout the presidential election and backed Democrat candidates throughout the Georgia runoff elections this month. The group, whose founders include Steve Schmidt and George Conway, came to be the darling of the left-wing elite, which welcomed the group and showered it with donations.

The discovery of the database has already caused criticism from some prominent conservative media personalities. Fox News’s Brit Hume replied, “This will not end well.”

Commentator Tammy Bruce compared the struggle to the Star of David patches that Nazis ordered Jews to wear throughout the Holocaust.

The database appears to have a spiritual similarity to the short-lived Trump Accountability Project, an attempt promoted by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) that was supposed to publicly ostracize Trump administration officials and staffers. The project was neglected after it drew backlash from public figures across the political spectrum.

In November, Lincoln Project leaders tried to publicly shame two attorneys working with President Donald Trump on allegations of voter fraud by posting and tweeting their photos. Those tweets later disappeared after it was determined they violated Twitter policy.

As Breitbart News reported, the group further vowed to spend $500,000 on ads to shame Jones Day and Porter Wright Morris & Arthur for their position as counsel to President Trump and the Republican Party.

The Lincoln Project has taken a hard stand against the Trump administration and the Trumpian style of politics. A statement from the organization on Jan. 6 placed the blame of the Capitol Hill riots squarely on Trump and his method of political discourse.

"Today’s violence and insurrection in Washington and in state capitols is the direct responsibility of Donald Trump.
